The SKB 3i case 559x394x203mm DT is a robust iSeries hard case designed for the safe transport and storage of sensitive equipment. Thanks to its gasket-sealed closure, the case is water- and dust-tight and even submersible in accordance with MIL-STD 810H. This makes it ideal for A/V equipment, electronics, microphones, cables or other accessories that you take with you in varying conditions. The case is injection-moulded from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin, ensuring high impact resistance and a long service life.

Mil-Standard protection with smart hardware

This SKB iSeries case is designed to withstand corrosion and impact damage and is also (MIL-STD 810H) resistant to UV, solvents and mould. The moulded-in hinge and the Trigger Latch® System ensure a secure, reliable seal during transport. The case is also fitted with padlock loops, so you can secure it with a padlock (not included). The automatic ambient pressure equalisation valve (MIL-STD 810H) helps to compensate for pressure differences, for example whilst travelling.

Spacious interior for larger sets

With internal dimensions of 55.88 cm long, 39.37 cm wide and 20.32 cm deep, this case offers plenty of space for larger equipment or complete sets. The lid section has an internal depth of 5.08 cm and the base 15.24 cm, allowing you to organise the contents practically and protect them effectively. Despite its size, this model has no built-in wheels or castors, making it suitable for stacking and transport within flight case systems or vehicles where you’d prefer to avoid any protruding parts.
