General

The SKB 3i Think Tank case Div. is an iSeries injection-moulded hard case designed to provide maximum protection for your equipment during transport. The case is made from ultra-high-strength polypropylene copolymer resin and features a gasket seal, making it water- and dust-tight. What’s more, the design is submersible and complies with MIL-STD 810H. This makes this case a reliable choice for anyone taking equipment to locations where moisture, dust and rough handling are the rule rather than the exception.

Mil-Standard protection

This SKB case is not only sealed against water and dust, but also built to withstand knocks and last a long time. The case is resistant to corrosion and impact damage, and is also resistant to UV, solvents and mould (MIL-STD 810H). Useful features include the moulded-in hinge and padlock loops, so you can secure the case with a padlock. The Trigger Latch® System ensures the case is securely locked, whilst the snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handle is comfortable to hold.

Ready for transport

Thanks to the built-in wheels, you can transport this hard case comfortably, even when it’s fully packed. The automatic ambient pressure equalisation valve (MIL-STD 810H) helps to manage pressure differences, for example whilst travelling. The internal dimensions are 55.56 x 42.86 x 26.35 cm (L x W x D), with a lid depth of 4.76 cm and a base depth of 21.59 cm. Finally, the case can be used within a wide temperature range: from –56.11 °C to 82.22 °C.
