This CLD635A from Procab is a cable with active optical technology, equipped with two USB-C connectors and to be used exclusively for video connections. It delivers a 4K, aka ultra high definition (UHD) video signal and audio from a laptop, phone or tablet to an HDTV or other 4K monitor. In simple terms, this means you will get razor-sharp viewing of your video, photos or games, namely up to four times sharper than normal full HD. The CLD635A is also capable of sending DisplayPort Alt Mode signals, making it possible, for example, to connect your computer equipped with USB-C port directly to a monitor, such as a TV, with this cable. Conveniently, the cable is also plug-and-play, meaning you can connect it directly, without the need for additional power supply. Finally, this cable can handle long distances without any loss of quality or speed. Several large lengths are therefore available; this is the 20-metre-long variant.
