Now Dunlop has successfully replicated the original Hendrix wah sound and offers it in the form of the JH1D Jimi Hendrix Signature Wah. Hendrix's original pedal was designed by the Thomas Organ Company and produced by JEN in Italy back in the '60s, and this pedal is based on that model in both looks and sound. Jimi's own unique modifications have been applied to the JH1D, and as such it features a smaller frequency range for a fatter, more open sound.
