With this versatile EW-DP ENG Y1-3 combination set, you are extremely flexible. That's because this set comes with both an EW-D SK bodypack transmitter and an EW-DP SKP plug-on transmitter. The receivers have 1 channel so you cannot use both transmitters at the same time. The plug-on transmitter is a real problem solver as you can use this SKP transmitter to make any wired XLR microphone wireless. It also provides +48 Volt phantom power and is equipped with a microSD card slot so you can record directly at 24-bit, 48 kHz resolution. Ideal for shotgun microphones as well as handhelds or even tie-down microphones. Speaking of which, so you can get straight to work with the set, it also comes with the omnidirectional Sennheiser ME 2 tie-pin microphone.
