General

The AKG WMS 40 Pro series, as well as the WMS 45 Pro, have long since earned its stripes. AKG have now released a smaller variant of these wireless microphone systems: the WMS 40 Mini! The WMS 40 mini employs the same HDAP technology, which gives you a true High-Definition experience within a wireless system. This technology provides a good, natural sound at the end of the receiver!

AKG WMS40 Mini: Compact with a capital C
The AKG WMS40 Mini really lives up to its name. When you look at its dimensions, you can tell that the receiver is one third part smaller than the normal WMS receivers. This is a huge difference. Yet, the receiver still has room for a balanced output, three status LEDs and a volume knob for the output signal. The handheld is also a bit smaller but the difference is limited as it would otherwise harm its user-friendliness. After all, the handheld has to lie comfortably in your hand during your performance!
