Whether you are a presenter, actor or fitness instructor, you surely value your mobility on the job. In that case, the Samson Airline Micro Earset is just what you need. This wireless system really does justice to the name: it hardly features any wires! The transmitter is incorporated in the practical, adjustable ear set, so that you can leave your bodypacks at home. Changing batteries is also a thing of the past and you can move around as much as you want, thanks to the omnidirectionally sensitive and moisture-proof design of the microphone.

The very complete AirLine Micro Earset

The transmitter of the AirLine Micro Earset, that in this case operates on frequency E2 (863.625 MHz), reaches the receiver at a distance of up to 100 metres. Possible interference is suppressed by the auto mute and tone squelch functions. The resulting clear sound is transferred to your mixer or active speaker via a 3.5mm output. To this end, use the accessory 3.5 mm to 6.3 mm cable. A carrying pouch for the entire set and a set of windscreens are included as well.

Charging the microphone transmitter and receiver

The AR2 receiver can be used separately or can be placed firmly in the AR2D docking station. In order to charge the receiver or power it during use, you can connect the accessory adapter to the USB DC input of the AR2 or AR2D. Thanks to the two USB connectors at the end of the adapter cable, you can charge the transmitter at the same time. The battery pack of the AH2 transmitter can be used continuously for 5/6 hours and the battery of the receiver 7/8 hours, before needing to recharge.

• Please note: this system operates on a fixed UHF frequency of 863.625 MHz (Samson have labelled this frequency as E2). If you are using multiple systems simultaneously, these all need to transmit on their own frequency. For Airline systems, you can choose between E1, E2, E3 and E4.
