With the AKG WMS420 Presenter Set, you are getting your hands on a reliable wireless lavalier system with intuitive controls. The system consists of an SR420 receiver, a PT420 beltpack and a C417 L lavalier microphone. The analogue system is available for various frequencies. This version of the AKG WMS420 Presenter Set communicates with its various parts via frequency band D. The band reaches from 863 to 865 MHz and can be used throughout the whole of Europe without any issues.

WMS420 Presenter Set: setting up

In order to work with the AKG WMS420 Presenter Set, you don't need a degree in sound engineering. Once all the wires are connected, the system scans all channels and selects the best one for interference-free signal transfers. Subsequently, transmitter and receiver automatically attune to this frequency. Naturally, you can also manually select a channel.

C417 L lavalier microphone

The C417 L lavalier / tie-clip microphone can simply be connected to the PT420 beltpack via the mini-XLR connector. The locking connector ensures that the connector won't come undone accidentally. The lavalier microphone can be attached to your clothing via the accessory clip. Thanks to its compact size, it is highly discrete, making this wireless set ideal for presentations and interviews. The extremely sensitive capsule picks up sound in the direct environment very accurately.
