General

The DAP IMIX-7.3 is a rack mixer with attractive location properties: it has 3 different output channels with which you can create an individual mix for every room in the house! It's equipped with 11 line inputs, that can be sent to an output of your choice per input. This means that every output can have a completely individual mix and volume.

Possibilities

At the front, there are two XLR combo connectors, to which microphones can be connected. The right side carries an RCA input for turntables and MP3 players, with an impedance switch that adjusts the connector to the incoming signal. Clear LED VUs offer information about the output levels in the blink of an eye. The rear carries controls for the gain per channel, which means that the setting cannot be adjusted at the front by unqualified or unskilled crew members. All in all, the IMIX-7.3 has everything on board to serve party centres, pubs, restaurants or conference centres.

Leuk mixertje. Geluid is prima al zijn de microfoonkanalen wat te zacht voor een dynamische microfoon. Schuifjes en knopjes voelen wel wat goedkoop en plastic aan maar met de 3 routbare uitgangen een hoop mogelijkheden op deze mixer!

Veel routing opties. Ik gebruik hem zelf met Zone 1 voor de In Ear, Zone 2 voor de FOH en Zone 3 voor de stage amp. Het geluid is uitstekend, geen brom of ruis issues. Met de toonregeling vlak afgesteld komt er een heel evenwichtig geluid uit. Alle ingangsbronnen zijn afzonderlijk te routen naar de gewenste zones. Extra plus is dat iedere zone zijn eigen Master en 3-delige toonregeling heeft. En omdat de toonregeling uit 3 regelaars bestaat bas, mid en treble, maakt dat je voor iedere zone de gewenste instelling kunt maken zonder de beperking die een 2-delige toonregeling heeft. Verder heb je nog de mogelijkheid per zone in te stellen wat de output level is. Alle inputs hebben een instelbare gain, zodat je op voorhand al de maximale gain per input kunt instellen waarbij het signaal nog niet gaat clippen (clip-indicator is ook per input ingebouwd). Al met al een compacte rackmixer met heel veel en ook vooral nuttige instelmogelijkheden.

Zeer uitgebreid toestel voor vaste installaties. Erg uitgebreide routingopties voor de verschillende zones ook. Toestel, knoppen en schuivers voelen nogal plastic aan, maar voor beperkt gebruik volstaat dit. Outputs klinken erg clean, zeer laag ruisniveau, zeker voor deze prijs.
