Thanks to its electric-acoustic design, you have full control over your sound without annoying feedback sounds. Ovation's unique roundback body with the prominent sound holes at the top provides a warm sound and distinctive look. The top is made of solid spruce, resulting in a clear and resonant tone. And the beautiful 'Cognac Burst' finish is a sight to behold!

Lyrachord and amplification

At the back, the spherical body is made of Lyrachord (plastic). This ensures that this Ovation bass guitar is a comfortable and light instrument that, besides being easy to take on your lap, can also hang from your strap for a long time. The cutaway in the body, along with the small fingerboard extension to 23 frets, makes playing in the high register super accessible. Perfect for playing both functionally in the low, and melodically in the high! And then the electronics: the Ovation Slimline pickup is incorporated in the bridge, and combined with the built-in preamp, this gives you everything you need. So you adjust your gain, bass, middle, treble settings with ease to get your sound exactly the way you want it. You also get a built-in tuner, all within easy reach. So you can adjust your sound and tuning without fuss!
