The Seymour Duncan Active Mag is an active pickup, specially designed for steel-string acoustic guitars. Thanks to its sophisticated voicing, the best qualities of your instrument are brought out clearly and warmly, without any distracting noise thanks to the hum-cancelling design. Both six- and twelve-string guitars are suitable, provided the soundhole diameter is between 9.5 and 10.5 cm. The volume control and treble knob give you direct control over your sound, both on stage and in the studio. The Active Mag runs on two CER2032 batteries and is easy to fit thanks to the adjustable pole pieces and the clever stacked coil design. When it comes to build quality and tone, you can count on genuine Seymour Duncan quality, manufactured in the United States.
