General

HK Audio's L3 115 FA is an active 15-inch full-range speaker with 1200 watts of Class-D bi-amped power and a maximum SPL of 135 dB. Together with a suitable subwoofer, that's enough power for audiences of 500 people! The L3 115 FA produces excellent, well-balanced, high-definition audio every time and thanks to its intelligent on-board DSP processor, the sound can be tweaked to perfection. The speaker sports XLR/TRS combo inputs, Thru connectors and stereo RCA connectors, giving you plenty of connection possibilities.

HK Audio L3 115 FA: Advanced DSP technology

The L3 115 FA's internal DSP processor is responsible for ensuring the speaker sounds fantastic at any volume level so you can entertain quite a large crowd. It includes an intelligent multiband limiter that protects the integrity of the tone as well as FIR crossover filtering for a transparent midrange. There are also four built-in EQ presets (Bass Boost, Flat (LF), Flat (MHF) and Contour) that you can use to customise the sound. All of this ensures there's very little harmonic distortion so you're assured of top-notch sound every time you use the speaker.
