dB Technologies HPA 1000 amplifier

The HPA series by dB Technologies delivers excellent performance and quality for a reasonable price. It was developed by the designers at the Swedish Lab.gruppen, a leading brand in the amplification world. With high-quality HD speakers you get a lot of power, outstanding sound quality and a relatively light amplifier.

The series consists of four class HD amplifiers that were developed for professional use in mobile amplification racks or fixed installations. All of the amplifiers in the series feature XLR inputs for the signal and lockable speaker connections for the speakers. You can rest assured that the amplifiers are well protected with an expansive safety circuit, making the HPA series reliable and safe.

The HPA 1000 is the entry-level model from the HPA series by dB Technologies. With 2 times 330 watts RMS of power at 8 ohms, it is suited for the more compact dB Technologies speakers. This amplifier only weighs 15 kg, and is thus very lightweight and easy to move and transport. Furthermore, there is a built-in limiter to ensure that the amp won't be overloaded, provided the limiter is switched on. The input sensitivity can be switched between 26 dB and 32 dB, and the system is cooled via a ventilator that automatically turns on if the amplifier gets too hot.
