Behringer XENYX QX2442USB PA Mixer

I bought this mixer as an upgrade from a UB1832FX-Pro and I must say that I am very pleased with my purchase.
It has plenty of inputs and the onboard effects sound great. The signal routing goes way beyond what I need, or understand, (that's a short coming of me, not the mixer).
I use it both for home recording to a computer based DAW, and also home live playing with a couple of mates.
When I am using it for recording I route the channel to be recorded to a sub mix and remove it from the main mix (usually), the reason for this is that I already have a 2 in 4 out audio interface with the inputs connected to Sub 1 & 2. This saves a lot of plugging and un-plugging instruments/mikes from the interface. I have not experimented yet using the USB interface for recording as my setup works great, and I like my audio interface, plus it gives more flexibility.
