Wrote the following about Shure MVL-3.5MM Clip-On Microphone for Mobile Devices

Wij wilden als dierenstichting interviews afnemen bij diverse asielen in Oost-Europa.
Daarvoor goede en niet goedkope revers-microfoons gekocht bij Bax.
Helaas lukte het de vrijwilliger onderweg niet om alles aan de 'praat' te krijgen.
Wel zeer vriendelijke en geduldige tel. gesprekken met de helpdesk van Bax gehad die mij behulpzaam waren met e-mails met links voor meer uitleg.
Uiteindelijk is het goed gekomen na de 3e YouTube video...
Dus mijn conclusie: Zeer goede helpdesk maar jammer dat er niet direct bij de verzending van dit product een goede handleiding mee wordt gegeven.
