General

Convert any HDMI input signal to a 12G-SDI signal with the Teranex Mini Converter HDMI to SDI 12G. HDMI signals with a resolution of 4K DCI (4096 x 2160p) are supported and convert to two separate 12G-SDI outputs. Separate audio input is possible via the two switchable XLR inputs, namely balanced analogue or AES/EBU. As the Mini Converter uses high-quality video processing technology, it is ideal for professional video applications, broadcasting and post-production.

Fit up to three units in a 19-inch rack for mobile use

It is possible to place up to three units in a 19-inch rack taking up only a single unit (1U) of space. This makes the converter particularly suitable for mobile use and 'on-site' applications. The big advantage is that you can stream the highest quality video due to the Ethernet connection and 12G-SDI signal processing. Moreover, via this Ethernet connection it is possible to remotely control or power the converter using 'power-over-ethernet'. A built-in power supply (90 - 240 volts) is also present, which you can connect directly to the mains with a separately available IEC-C14 Schuko cable.
