Blackmagic Design Teranex Mini - SDI HDMI 12G

General

To convert 12G-SDI input signal to HDMI signal, you can use this Teranex Mini Converter from Blackmagic Design. It supports 12G-SDI signals with resolution up to 4K DCI (4096 x 2160p), which you can then display on an HDMI monitor/screen with the same DCI resolution. To monitor the signal locally, you can use the SDI Loop output. Two XLR outputs, switchable between balanced, analogue and AES/EBU digital audio, allow audio to be output separately. Because the Teranex Mini Converter SDI to HDMI uses Teranex processing technology and thus guarantees very high quality, the converter is suitable for all types of broadcasting, post-production and professional video applications.

Ideal for mobile use on location

Also convenient is the ability to mount up to three converters side by side in a 19-inch rack. This takes up only 1U of rack space. Ideal for when using broadcast trucks and for mobile use. The Ethernet connection on the back of the converter allows remote control and even power via 'power-over-ethernet'. The Mini Converter has a built-in power supply that you can connect directly to the mains with a separately available IEC-C14 power cable.
