The Electro-Harmonix Bender Royale takes the iconic character of the classic Tone Bender MkIII to a new level. With its germanium-based 3-transistor fuzz circuit, it delivers everything from creamy, smooth saturation to raw, ripping fuzz tones. The pedal was developed as a tribute to the rich history of the legendary fuzz and adds contemporary control options, so you can always find the sound that suits your playing.

Bender Royale with extra tone options

Knobs for volume, fuzz, bias, treble, bass and blend give you full control over your sound. The FAT switch adds extra lows and mids for a fuller character, while the CLIP switch lets you choose between a smooth germanium character or a more aggressive LED clipping. The blend function lets you add dry guitar tones, ideal for maintaining clarity in bass lines or layered sounds.

Practical design

The Bender Royale is robustly designed and features true bypass with a smart momentary function for direct switching. There is also an adjustable impedance trimmer internally, so the pedal always responds naturally within your signal chain. Uitstekende en verbeterde versie van de oude Tone Bender uit de jaren tachtig. Ik heb de oude afgevoerd want die was uitgespeeld. Deze heeft nog wat extra's dus top.
