General

The Sennheiser E835 is very popular amongst vocalists and technicians due to a solid construction and great sound quality. The microphone includes a handy pouch and microphone clip.

The sound of the E835

The E 835 has a nice, open, dynamic and clear sound. With a frequency range of 40 Hz to 16 kHz, it offers sufficient body with a light boost in the highs that ensure your vocals will cut through the mix. The cardioid recording pattern makes sure that only your vocals are recorded and that no ambient noise or other instuments are picked up. This also reduces the chance of feedback.

Its construction

Because of its rugged, metal casing, the E 835 can stand a good deal, making this microphone ideal for demanding situations. An integrated shock-mount system isolates the capsule also prevents handling noise.
