General

Built for intermediate as well as professional players, the slight body and reduced action of the Cordoba F7 Flamenco Iberia Spanish guitar is fully optimised for flamenco-style techniques. The compact body features an Asian cypress back and sides topped with a solid European spruce soundboard - a combo that immediately boosts mid-range clarity and strengthens sonic projection. So the low action can be further customised for maximum playing comfort, the mahogany neck has even been shot through with a dual-action truss-rod and finished with a pau ferro fingerboard to inject a little warmth into the overall timbre. Manageable, comfortable and - thanks to the hand-inlaid soundhole rosette, gold-coloured machine heads, black tuning buttons and gloss finish - bearing timeless style, this is every bit a performance-grade nylon-stringed guitar.

Toch nog even een update, blijf verder bij mijn eerdere review maar heb hem wel retour gestuurd en wel om de volgende reden.
De brug zat compleet scheef op de gitaar en het snarenblok zat daar weer scheef op gelijmd, ik zag dat helaas na mijn eerste review pas en ik ga er vanuit dat dit exemplarisch is maar het leverde intonatie problemen op dus helaas geretourneerd.
Ik wil er zeker één hebben maar ik ga de volgende keer naar de zaak om te spelen en bekijken, ik laat geen gitaren meer opsturen, dit is nu de tweede keer dat ik een gitaar heb moeten retourneren waarvan éénmaal bij Bax helaas.
Ik ben er inmiddels huiverig voor geworden.

Zowwww heey, wat een kanon, zo uit de doos klinkt hij al als een klok, wat gaat dat geven als over een jaar of twee het Spruce bovenblad zich helemaal geopend heeft.
Ik had al een F7 Paco, een heel ander beestje, ook een geweldige gitaar vandaar dat ik na allerlei overwegingen voor veel duurdere Flamenco gitaren besloten heb om deze te bestellen en daar heb ik zo uit de doos na stemmen geen spijt van, klinkt zoals een blanca klinken moet, geen dode punten ergens op het fretboard wat nog wel eens het geval wil zijn met middenklasse gitaren, de afwerking is smetteloos en een leuke bijkomstigheid is dat deze net als mijn paco het Cordoba headstock logo heeft.
Ik ben zeer benieuwd hoe deze gitaar zich in de toekomst gaat ontwikkelen, gegeven dat hij al zo goed klinkt en speelt.
Enige wat ik me afvraag is waarom de Paco een gebogen zadel beentje heeft en de F7 een vlak zadel beentje, zoals je dat ook verwacht bij een vlak fretboard.
