I had been looking at this Ibanez fretless for a while and having read various reviews decided it was a real contender to complement my present 5 string fretless. When Bax sent me a discount voucher to "reward" me for previous equipment purchases, AND had this bass "in stock", I decided to order. The ordering process and delivery was great. The package was however left outside at my home without any actual contact with us, not Bax's fault, but it would have made rejection of the package if damaged as recommended by Bax problematic. I had however taken up the additional "warranty extension" offered by Bax which was an attractive option when buying equipment of this type on line.
The guitar itself has lived up to my expectations so far, love the weight, size, especially headless benefit, tone and overall quality. Overall the package is great. Only "complaint" not enough information in the accompanying leaflet about set up although the "factory" set up was fine and previous experience and You-Tube a useful source of additional info. Looks like I will enjoy this new addition a lot.

Bax levert goede service duidelijkheid en communicatie. M'n nieuwe gitaar was
goed verpakt. Niks geen beschadigingen. Hij kwam goed afgesteld binnen. Wat speelt dit heerlijk. En wat een goed geluid door de bartolini elementen.
5de snaar ook vet. Klinkt heel goed. Bij mijn huidige bas mis ik de kracht en een soort body bij de e en d snaar. Wow nu staat het er gewoon. Wat een feest om op deze gitaar te spelen. Stoppen is moeilijk.
Wat ook fijn is is het glichte gewicht en het stemmen met de knoppen bij het zadel.
