General

The Yamaha Pacifica PACSP11S from the Pacifica Professional series, is designed for guitarists who take quality seriously. Immediately striking with the telecaster-shaped body made of alder and a tasteful 'custom tinted', Ash Pink finish. Once you play, this Yamaha feels solid and light at the same time. You enjoy a rich resonance and an open sound that, both clean and with some drive, comes into its own. Thanks to the I.R.A. (Instant Resonance Acoustic) treatment, the guitar feels instantly played in: the body and neck have already gone through a first 'playing session' in the manufacturing process. So the Pacifica Professional feels like it has been played for a long time.

Typical Yamaha playing comfort

The maple neck and rosewood fingerboard with stainless steel frets, plays comfortably and accurately. The neck's C-profile makes for a very fine playing experience. Furthermore, you don't have to worry about the tuning of this Yamaha thanks to the Gotoh bridge and locking tuners. Comes with D'Addario XL strings and a handy professional case to take it everywhere safely!

Wide range of sounds

For the sound of the Pacifica PACSP11S, Yamaha has chosen Reflectone pickups. A humbucker at the neck and a single coil at the bridge. This covers a wide sound spectrum: from warm, full leads to bright, sparkling clean sound. The 3-way element switch lets you choose between this wide range of sounds. Moreover, the tone knob also functions as a push/pull 'Focus Switch', giving some extra boost to your single-coil pickup. With the included hardshell case, the Yamaha Pacifica PACSP11S Professional is immediately ready for studio, stage or home use!
