Original & Donut

BFSD offer a number of accessories that make drummers' lives easier. They're fast and easy to use; all you have to do is simply lay these rubber rings on top of your snare skin. The Original is completely closed and the Donut has a hole in the middle for a slightly less extreme effect. The playing feel is exactly the same. Wrote the following about Big Fat Snare Drum Combo Pack Original & Donut 14-inch

Hetzelfde effect als je klassieke portemonnee op de snaredrum, maar dit verdeelt het gewicht gelijkmatig zodat je tuning overal gelijk blijft. Werkt goed. Haalt een hoop hoge tonen eruit zodat je het 'vette' gedeelte van het geluid overhoudt. Het is een dun vel, mat een wat dikkere zwarte rand en een handige uitsparing om hem op te kunnen pakken. De donut wordt bij mij het meest gebruikt, de originele versie doet voor mij wat teveel met het geluid.
