While the original Big Fat Snare Drum damping pad can simply be slapped onto the batter head of a snare drum to immediately give it a fat and authentic seventies sound, it wasn't compatible with brushes. Developed to right that wrong, the Big Fat Snare Drum Green Monster comes with a special coating, so you still get that thick retro sound whether playing with brushes or sticks. This pad has a 14 inch diameter and features a thumb-sized cut-out so it can be easily removed from your snare.
