The Tube Amp Doctor 6L6WGC-STR Redbase Small Bottle Premium Duet wraps up two 6L6GC-style power amp valves designed to raise the game of any tube-driven electric guitar amplifier. Based on the classic small bottle GE 6L6GC tubes, this matched pair gifts vintage valve amplifiers (especially open-back models) with sweet trebles and a harmonic-rich mid-range, and they even look a lot like the iconic RCA 5881 valves that shaped the sound of the fifties and sixties. Both tubes have been constructed in Germany using the best parts and according to exacting standards.
