This particular example, the EQ4 Frosted, sports a special coating that not only enhances the tone but adds a pleasant touch of warmth. This single-ply batter-head is 10mil thick and comes with a fixed internal damping ring that's designed to keep unwanted overtones at bay.

Please note: Evans changed the logo on the drumhead in the middle of 2019. Up until then, 'Level 360' was also printed on the surface. You may receive a drumhead with or without the updated logo, but apart from that they're exactly the same. The box was also updated at the end of 2019.

Topproduct. Eerste keer dat ik niet voor een Remo ga, puur omdat deze wat goedkoper was dan een Remo Ambassador en ik benieuwd was naar de klank. Klinkt geweldig, tussen een Remo Powerstroke en een gewone Remo Ambassador in, en ziet er ook nog een keer prachtig uit. Een soort smokey hazy halfdoorzichtig sepia oker vel, tussen moderne en vintage look in, en dat met een mooie warme ronde klank, ik ben om!
