The Gallien-Krueger Fusion 800S is a bass guitar amplifier for bass guitar that combines a versatile power output of 800 watts with the unique advantages of both transistor and tube technology. As we have come to expect from GK, this amp top delivers fast and powerful output, but also provides you with the warm sound of a tube preamp. It is a Class D amp equipped with 3 pieces of 12AX7 tubes, one of which is specifically intended for the overdrive channel. As a result, the Fusion 800S offers GK's first-ever tube-driven overdrive and immediately provides a dynamic and rich bass guitar sound with plenty of possibilities to shape your sound completely to your liking. You can do this easily with the chic, illuminated rotary knobs, which also feature a push-activation function to exploit additional filters and tone options and further tweak your bass sound.

This Fusion 800S bass guitar top is also equipped with that signature 4-band EQ from Gallien-Krueger, allowing you to achieve an extra wide range of tone variations. The 3 tube steps add extra warmth and depth to your played notes. The voicings for bump, contour and presence give you the option to further adjust your sound easily by pressing the corresponding buttons, allowing you to explore different frequency ranges.

Connectors for additional sound and functionality

The Fusion 800S also offers various connection options for added convenience. Besides an input for your bass guitar, there is also a connector to connect your tuning device, so you always play in the right tuning. The built-in effects loop lets you add your favourite effects pedals for even more versatility of your bass guitar tone. There are also connections for aux-in and headphones, so you can practice with headphones or play music and accompaniment from an external device.
