Inside, this Gallien-Krueger speaker cabinet is lined with damping material that traps high frequencies at the back of the speaker. This prevents these frequencies from escaping through the port and interfering with the high frequencies at the front, ensuring a clear and pleasing high-frequency response.

210-IV: improved durability, power control and efficiency

This 2x10 Gallien-Krueger bass cabinet contains GK Neodymium woofers specially designed and using die-cast frames, contributing to improved durability and power control compared to cheaper die-cast alternatives. The voice coils are made of edge-wound aluminium ribbon wire, which increases the efficiency and power of the speaker. Moreover, this 210-IV speaker cabinet is equipped with a crossover and a system that protects the horn from peak loads.
