Legacy 112: setting up various bass sounds effortlessly

As soon as you connect your bass guitar, the input pad knob allows you to optimally adjust the input volume to your bass. The simple layout of the control panel makes diverse setup of your bass sounds effortless, while the Legacy preamp and powerful 4-band equaliser still give you plenty of control. The equaliser is designed so that you can adjust the mid frequencies into lo mids and hi mids, offering a wide range of sound options. For quick adjustments, you can use the bump, presence and contour switches to easily emphasise the lows or highs, or lower the mids for a modern, scooped sound.

Want to give your sound some extra punch or add a hefty dose of overdrive? The drive section, equipped with the Gate Induced Valve Effect, makes this possible. You can choose whether to activate the drive with the switch on the amplifier panel or with the supplied 1-button footswitch, which you can connect with a separate cable. The clear and powerful sound is produced by a 1 x 12-inch GK Neodymium speaker and a compression driver, which ensure balanced sound reproduction. The solid plywood construction with reinforcements not only offers durability, but also delivers a full, warm response in the higher frequencies. Additional connections, such as an effects loop, a balanced XLR DI output, a headphone output and an aux-in for external audio, make this bass amp extremely versatile and suitable for various playing and practice setups.
