The legendary Peavey Super Festival Series is back! The F-1200B Bass Amp Head is a modern reinterpretation of the iconic 1971 F-800B, with a retro look and a huge bucket of contemporary power. This amp head delivers a whopping 1200 watts of true RMS Peavey power and features a carefully recreated discrete BJT preamp, originally designed by none other than Hartley Peavey himself. The three-part EQ (Treble, Middle, Bass) and six-band inductive EQ give you full control over your sound - from tight punch to growling vintage grind. The footswitchable overdrive is warm, full and dynamic, exactly like the original that bassists have been looking for for decades.

Super Festival F-1200B: Modern ease of use

Besides brute power and tone, the F-1200B also offers plenty of modern connectivity options. Think USB-C recording interface, balanced XLR outputs with Ground Lift, a headphone jack, and a complete master/slave loop with Preamp Out and Power Amp In. The dual footswitch jacks control functions such as mute, boost, overdrive and the effects loop. The dual Neutrik combo outputs (Speakon/jack) finish it all off. All in all, this is perhaps the most versatile and heaviest-sounding bass amp top in the Super Festival range ever.
