General
The EMG JHZ Set includes two passive bass guitar pickups in a J/J configuration, plus everything needed to install them via EMG's solderless system. The J-style single-coil pickups in this pack feature stacked coils with ceramic and steel bar magnets for classic J-style sound, boosted output and minimum noise. The resulting tone packs tight mid-range punch, smooth trebles, and a dynamic response. This set comes complete with two 250k volume controls, a 250k tone pot, and everything else you need to upgrade a J bass. To ensure minimal noise, it's recommended to ground the strings using the include bridge ground wire and ground connector.
