General

With the C9, Phil Jones Bass introduces the Chrome Dome 5A. The ferrite magnet system has been improved and the cone consists of a patented material of natural wood fibre and carbon fibre, making it the stiffest yet lightest cone ever used in a bass guitar speaker. The nine 5-inch speakers each deliver a combined output of 900 watts, which is enough to play most venues flat. You can easily take this 8-ohm impedance cabinet to any gig: after all, with a weight of less than 40 kg and handy wheels, this speaker cabinet is easy to transport.
