A full upgrade on the popular original, the Tech 21 SansAmp Bass Driver DI V2 now features a few welcome extras, setting it up to support five and six-string basses as well as four-string models. This extensive DI box allows you to send your unfettered bass sound directly to studio mixers and live PAs while, at the same time, supplying a small army of controls for dialling in your ideal, custom tone. Summon everything from classic valve-flavoured drive - with or without distortion - to modern and punching, full-range sound, all via one magic box.
The Tech 21 SansAmp Bass Driver V2: Something for Everyone
Besides the tried-and-tested drive level and EQ controls, the second edition comes with a few sweet extras. A bass frequency switch has been added as well as a mid-range control pot plus a switch, so the equalising can be moulded in surgical detail, assuring you of optimum amplified sound, even when you hook up a five or six string bass. In essence, the Tech 21 SansAmp Bass Driver DI Version 2 is an insanely complete DI fit for the rig of any self-respecting bassist and, since this is the 30th Anniversary Limited Edition, it comes wrapped in a tight aluminium housing and fitted with steel control pots.

Momenteel ben ik overgeschakeld op bas spelen met in ears. Daarom de aanschaf van dit geweldige apparaat. De toonregeling is geweldig (bass, mid treble) Veel mogelijkheden, een echte robuuste bassound! De Pa-man is er super tevreden mee!
Een aanrader voor bassisten die een degelijke pre-amp/DI wensen te gebruiken...
