Based on one of the now-famous DOD Electronics stompboxes, the Bifet Boost 410 sends a massive volume boost towards your tube amp, resulting in delicious overdrive as well as powerful solos that pack ample mix-cutting potential. This modern reissue has a bit of a rough sonic edge and its unique sound can be dialled in to taste with the treble/bass boost control.

The Bifet Boost 410: True Bypass, Power Port and Switchable Buffer Circuit

To meet the demands of today's guitarists, the Bifet Boost 410 has been outfitted with a switchable buffer circuit, which means it doesn't get in the way of any fuzz pedals at the front of an effects chain and can actually compensate for any signal loss at the end. Other modern features include the true bypass circuit for uncoloured sound when the pedal is turned off, an LED indicator, and a power port for hooking up a pedal power supply.

Helaas is dit pedaal niet wat ik ervan had verwacht. Na een aantal keren gebruikt te hebben kwam ik erachter dat er een verschrikkelijk zoem op mijn signaal zat. Dit werd ergens als ik het pedaal aanraakte. Ook als je bij de input geen jack hebt en bij de output wel is ook weer de zoem heel duidelijk aanwezig.
Sinds vandaag is het pedaal al overleden. En dat na paar kleine maandjes. Dat is vrij slecht. Ondanks dat ik er met zorg mee ben omgegaan.
