General

The Palmer AHMCT8 is a handy cable tester for testing several types of cables. It only needs a 9-volt block battery to operate and is therefore also fully mobile. This, together with its sturdy metal housing, makes it great for quickly testing a cable on stage. Operation is very simple: you connect the cable, and use the rotary knob to check all the pins present. If the LED lights up at each pin, you know the cable is good. Speakon, XLR, Jack, Tulip and Midi/DIN cables can be tested. In addition, two test leads are supplied to perform continuity tests on other types of cables or equipment.
