General

This Sela Percussion Peruvian Ion is a modular 'pad' that you can mount on the Sela Iconic cajons. This Peruvian Ion is more or less a tribute to the origin of the cajon. Made of birch wood, the pad is very dynamic and sensitive: even the softest playing can project quite a bit of volume. In terms of sound, this Peruvian pad is very 'dry' with a strong attack, for a nice percussive sound. You mount the Ion pad on the cajon with the Allen key that comes with the Iconic Cajon.
