With their Fineline Comfort Series however, the German brand takes things even further and has rounded the top of the CP604 cajon for extra sitting and playing comfort, while the playing surface is covered with a rare piece of specially coated ebony for enhanced grip. All in all, the Fineline Comfort Series is every bit Schlagwerk, and then some!

The Schlagwerk CP604 Cajon: Specifications

The Schlagwerk CW2 snares inside the CP604 have been designed to offer optimal sound when combined with ebony and give the cajon its unique and warm tonal character. Less unique but equally ideal about this model are its dimensions, which measure 30 x 30 x 50 cm. For maximum comfort and hours of playing pleasure, this Fineliner comes complete with an SP60 leather cushion.
