General
The Audio Technica AT-ART9XA is a variant of the AT-ART9X. Equipped with a hybrid elliptical Shibata stylus, this dual moving-coil cartridge ensures improved contact with the grooves for an enhanced HF response and reduced vinyl wear. The naked diamond needle has one-piece design which improves the overall quality of the sound but, due to the high sensitivity of the stylus, it's worth noting noise and distortion may increase when using worn records. The special magnetic circuit has an output voltage of 0.2mV, ensuring maximum expression end retained dynamics. Audio Technica include the tools required to install the AT-ART9XA.
