General

The cello is a much-loved instrument, particularly heard in classical music. And with the Scarlatti CV-4/4, you can get those recognisable sonorous sounds for a remarkably friendly price. This is a cello in the standard 4/4 format, whose soundboard is made entirely of solid wood. You can therefore count on a strong and full sound. Included are a case and bow, so you can start practising right away.

Using the CV-4/4

The cello is between the viola and the double bass in terms of range and size. It is tuned in fifths (A-D-G-C) and has a very characteristic sound that comes close to the human (male) voice in terms of timbre. We find it playing the bass part in string quartets, but also very regularly as a solo instrument. 4/4 is the most commonly used size and is suitable for musicians from about 14 years old.

Ik heb diverse snaar instrumenten, en heb deze allemaal met plezier kunnen stemmen, zowel met bij geleverde klik-on sensor, met de ingebouwde microfoon en de line-verbinding, ook had ik een stemvork gebruikt om te zien of dat de uitlening waar is, en dat is het, m.a.w., ik ben er zeer tevreden mee!,
