Home to the Ortega Performer Series, the RCE238SN-BKT full-size electro-acoustic classical guitar features a solid soundboard carved from Alaska Sitka spruce and a mahogany body and neck. The gloss black-coated top stunningly matches the contrasting maple binding, while the headstock of this sumptuous guitar not only boasts similar elegance but six-in-line Ortega locking tuners.

The Ultimate in Playing Comfort

The neck of the Ortega RCE238SN-BKT has been joined to the body via traditional Spanish concept using a 'heel' that extends slightly through the body for enhanced stability and a more durable joint when compared to set-in necks. On top of that, the neck has been equipped with a two-way truss rod for set-up adjustments, and there's a cutaway and a narrow 48mm nut to provide you with full access to all nineteen frets. In terms of electronics, Ortega have loaded in a built-in pickup and an Ortega MagusGo preamp that can be hooked up to an acoustic amplifier using a standard jack lead, after which the rich, natural sound of this charming guitar can be dialled in using the integrated tuner, volume and tone pots, and the feedback-countering phase control.
