The Yamaha GC-32S is a reliable classical guitar suited for serious beginners and advanced guitarists. This acoustic Spanish guitar has a detailed, clear sound with excellent resonance thanks to it entirely solid wood body. You won't just see and hear the quality, you'll feel it too.

Yamaha GC32S: Spruce and rosewood

A few different types of wood were used to build the GC32-S, the most important of which being the light yellow solid spruce for the top which creates a balanced and above all clear sound. The dark brown rosewood used for the sides and back add rich highs and deeps lows, and to keep it all safe and sound you can make use of the included soft case.

Nut, saddle and fretboard

The nut and saddle are responsible for spreading the strings out over the guitar and keeping them in place. Typically these parts are made of synthetic material, but on the GC-32-S they're made of hard bone, which keeps the strings from digging in and becoming stuck or muted, and thus contributes to the overall clarity of the guitar's sound. All of the GC models are equipped with ebony fretboards to deliver a sleek, bright touch.
