General

Built by hand, the Cordoba Luthier Series C9 CD classical guitar boasts an all-solid construction, featuring a cedar soundboard that's supported by a mahogany body that dons a glossy finish and various stunning details, including gilded machine heads with black pegs and an elegant pearloid soundhole rosette.

All-Solid Build for All-Out Sound

While looks are important, the sound is always decisive. Fortunately, the all-solid build of the C9 CD grants the guitar a deep, full sound, a strongly resonant character and masses of sustain. Mids are forcefully projected, but the lower frequencies also benefit from the solid body and top. Meanwhile, the neck has been joined to the body via a traditional Spanish heel, which further enhances the stability, both in the long run and in terms of tuning. Cordoba have even incorporated a dual-action truss rod so you can adjust the neck as needed. In sum, the C9 CD Luthier is a clear-cut concert-grade guitar, specially made for experienced guitarists who are ready to trade up to a professional instrument. Cordoba Polyfoam hardshell case included.
