The Montauk amp captures the essence of that classic Supro sound in a 15-watt, Class A guitar combo with a single 10-inch BD10 speaker made by the justifiably famous Celestion. This handy tube amp features a spring reverb driven by tubes, where you use the Dwell and Level controls to customise the reverb of your guitar sound to your liking. The amp features independent gain and master volume, as well as a 2-band equaliser, for a wide range of tones from sparkling cleans to intense overdrive
Montauk: from bright cleans to saturated overdrive and everything in between
Even though this Supro amp combo is compact and lightweight, but delivers you an extraordinarily wide spectrum of tube tones. The independent knobs for gain and master volume let you adjust both your guitar sound and its headroom exactly to your liking. Because you can use this Montauk 1x10 for both bright cleans and saturated overdrives and everything in between, this guitar amp is ideal for playing plenty of small- to medium-sized settings. You can also simply use the Supro Montauk's 3 line outputs in this and more scenarios to easily use the pre-amplified signal with tube reverb and gain as an effect or direct preamp for larger gigs, for example.
