General

The VOX Hand Wired AC30 is a 30-watt tube guitar amp combo that captures the legendary 1960s AC30 sound in its purest form. Through thorough research into vintage AC15 and AC30 models, the signature VOX sound has been revived, with that recognisable sparkle and response.

The redesigned power supply provides the authentic 'compression' and 'sag' experience you expect from classic tube amps. Combined with the custom-made output transformer, harmonics come out beautifully and the cabinet construction delivers a full, rich midrange for a convincing sound.

With two channels and a 2x12-inch Celestion G12M Greenback speaker configuration (8 ohms), you have a classic workhorse for stage and studio. Modern conveniences have also been added within the AC-HWR series, such as a high-quality spring reverb, an effects loop and easily detachable speaker cables for connecting an attenuator.
