General
The Peavey MAX 208 is a bass guitar amplifier with 200 Watts of power and two premium 8-inch speakers with DDT protection. While it shapes a solid sound in smaller rooms, its smart design renders it well-suited for larger gigs. Via a diverse set of controls and switches, including bass, gain and treble, overdrive and contour, the sound can be extensively tweaked to taste and, in addition, there's a kosmos-c switch for more control over the lows, while the pre-gain can be increased using the TransTube gain boost. Thanks to a tuned bass reflex port and a ground lift function, the Peavey MAX 208 is able to make the most of its abilities in any situation and is fully ready to lend its deep and accurate voice to your bass.

Ik heb dit toestel als B-stocj gekocht. Heel tevreden, vrijwel nieuw toestel aan lagere prijs en goede service. Waarom iets nieuw kopen, waarom via een andere site? Ik heb veel elektro gekocht via andere sites en soms met nare ervaringen.

On peut dire que Peavey a fait fort avec ce Max 208 !!!
Un ampli léger et peu encombrant qui pourtant délivre une belle puissance sans aucune saturation. Beaucoup de possibilités sur la palette son grâce à l'équaliseur 3 bandes et aux switches Overdrive - Contour - Mid shift - Bright - KosmosC, des basses profondes et chaudes, des aigus juste comme il se doit et toutes les connections nécessaires.
Je trouve particulièrement ingénieux l'inclinaison des HP vers le haut qui restitues directement le son vers les oreilles. Bravo Peavey pour cette amplificateur. DU BON, DU BEAU, DU LOURD ! DU PEAVEY !!!

Fijne handzame versterker. DI out en effects loop, echt heel compleet. Genoeg power voor kleinere optredens maar vanwege de DI out kan je lekker doorlussen naar de PA. Ben er heel blij mee.
De mijne trilt en resoneert alleen een beetje en ik er een garantiereparatie van gemaakt omdat het tijdens optredens echt storend was. Ik verwacht dat het wel wordt opgelost.

Super tevreden over.Heeft meer dan power genoeg, compact en qua gewicht dik in orde!
De klank is warm en door middel van de presets makkelijk aan te passen naar jouw eigen voorkeur.
Het feit dat de woofer gekanteld staat binnenin hoef je hem niet hogerop of in een statief te plaatsen...goed gezien van Peavey!
Een aanrader en ik heb hem niet goedkoper gevonden dan hier bij Bax!
