With this Sabian HHX Fierce Crash, you get a 19-inch crash cymbal designed in collaboration with virtuoso Jojo Mayer. The special thing about this crash, is that it is enormously trashy and quite aggressive, making it in some ways more like a china or an O-Zone crash than a regular crash. The Fierce Crash does have a certain warm aspect to its sound, which makes it well suited to fusion or jazz styles, but also certainly not out of place in rock, metal or harder electronic styles. The crash is thin, made of a B20 bronze alloy and completely hand-hammered.
