Remo MF-1010-00 10" Muff’l Control Ring

Deze ring met schuimrubber dempt wel heel erg...je houdt geen toon meer over! Voor stil drummen thuis kan dat een uitkomst zijn maar kun je beter silent stroke vellen gebruiken. Alleen de ring (zonder het schuimrubber) werkt in een live situatie wat beter maar dempt nog steeds vrij veel. Nadeel is ook dat je weinig variatie hebt in demping. Moongel is veelzijdiger... Of koop een losse ring (of knip er één uit een oud vel, is een stuk goedkoper.) Het verbaast me eigenlijk dat deze ringen nog steeds te koop zijn. Al in de jaren 80/90 kon je ze kopen maar ik ben er nooit een fan van geweest.
