Other than that little shock, Reason 11 feels as friendly and familiar as it ever did. This package is a total solution for producers (both beginners and more experienced) to build their own music projects from start to finish. It starts with a large bunch of virtual instruments and effects and ends in a beautiful, expanded virtual mixer, where you can finish your break-though hit to shiny perfection!
Reason 11 Intro: Rack Attack!
The Reason Rack is a nothing short of a phenomenon in DAW land. Where virtual instruments in other DAW packages perform autonomous processes, here, the Reason rack gives you a comprehensive and entire virtual modular synth system to play with. Manipulate little virtual patch cables to link your rack instruments together and do it all with clarity, intuition and pure joy. Previously, this rack was exclusive to Reason, so other DAW users had felt a little left out. Well, they need weep no longer! Reason Studios have released the hallowed Reason Rack as a VST3 plugin for use in all VST3 capable DAWs!

Automation, an essential production tool, has been gifted with the power to curve in Reason 11, making fades deliciously easy and more natural. Audio clips can be merged with one another via a crossfade, making the creation of audio-worlds. Rather then fading in and out of each block yourself, landscapes can be built by simply using the crossfade to merge pieces of audio. Various small additions and bug fixes provide a better user experience including improved zooming, a mute for MIDI notes, various hot keys and so much more. Dive into the world of Reason 11 and you'll find yourself in a magical land where everything works seamlessly!
