The road-proof ART PDB4 passive DI box is essentially an emergency signal-saver. If any line is suffering from interference, noise, or hum, simply link it through this box and convert it into a clean and stable balanced signal.

The ART PDB4 4-Channel Passive DI Box: Also a Performer's Tool

Fitted with four fully isolated channels, the PDB4 DI box also offers a few practical options for supporting guitarists. With this magic box, you can send an output from your pedalboard directly to the mixing desk, and a second output to your amplifier, or even take a line out from the amp and send that directly to the mixing desk. DJ mixers with unbalanced outputs can also be hooked through the PDB4 and then on to the PA system via a balanced connection.

Configuration

The ART PDB4 has a black-finished steel housing for maximum durability, and since this is a passive unit, no power supply is required. the 19-inch, 1U-high format can also be neatly mounted into any standard 19-inch rack.
