Those looking for a harmonica with a clear sound have a great option with the Crossover. This is because this diatonic harmonica has a comb made of bamboo, giving it warm and clear sounds. Although the harmonica is originally a bamboo instrument from China, nowadays other materials are usually used for production. Hohner has again put quality first with this model, and all parts are therefore beautifully rounded. This version is tuned in Bb major, but is also available in other keys.

Compact and comfortable design

The Crossover differs from the original Marine Band only in the material used for the comb. Other specifications are thus the same as the normal Marine Band. The popular wind instrument is widely used in classical blues music, but has also proved very suitable for jazz, rock and soul, among others. The Crossover's reeds are 0.9mm thick and are made of brass. Due to its compact, airtight construction, it has a fast response, giving you great control over dynamic details in both treble and bass.
